Job description
knitwellgroup operates Chico’s stores and is seeking a Sales Lead at our Edmond, OK location. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to uphold brand standards and a positive team culture.
You will drive customer-centered experiences, training, and operational excellence on the sales floor, including opening/closing, cash handling, and scheduling. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
