Job description
LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at our Gainesville, FL store to model and deliver outstanding customer experiences while guiding a team of associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and daily customer focus.
The role requires coaching, organization, and the ability to step in as manager when needed; willingness to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays will be valued.
