Job description
LOFT in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding associates. You will collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
Ideal candidates have retail sales experience and, preferably, prior management experience, with strong communication and coaching skills. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
