Job description
LOFT in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences while guiding and coaching a team of associates. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to understand store operations and become ready to step in as acting manager when needed.
The role requires retail experience, strong communication skills, comfort with POS systems, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
