Job description
Loft is hiring a Sales Lead in Orlando to model outstanding customer experiences, support associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to run store operations. You will help onboard and develop a high-performing team, drive brand standards, and ensure a seamless omnichannel customer journey.
The role requires strong communication, some retail leadership experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
