Job description
Ann Taylor at The Block @ Orange in Orange, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and may step in as manager when needed.
The ideal candidate has 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), management experience (preferred), and comfort using a POS system. Strong communication and coaching skills, plus flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) are important.
