Job description
LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Salt Lake City to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will work with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
You will guide associates, onboard new hires, and maintain high visual and service standards while driving a customer-focused team in a busy retail environment.
