Job description
J.Jill in Wisconsin is seeking a passionate Sales Lead to support store leadership, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience within our community. You will mentor team members, build meaningful customer relationships, and model our simple, inspired service.
Responsibilities include coaching, product knowledge maintenance, and helping achieve sales targets while supporting store operations. A flexible schedule, including weekends/evenings, is required to fit business needs.
