Job description
Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead in Spring, TX to create an engaging environment for customers and associates. You’ll work with the Store Manager to execute daily plans, coach staff, and step into a Manager role as needed to keep operations smooth and the store looking great.
You’ll bring 1–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and a passion for fashion. Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
