Job description
PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Express brand location in Niagara Falls to drive daily store operations, coaching, and exceptional customer service on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
You will train associates, optimize scheduling, and oversee checkout and inventory flows while delivering a great in-store experience and achieving sales goals. Experience in retail and strong communication skills are required.
