Job description
Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our team at Charleston Outlets. The Sales Leader drives floor and stockroom operations while delivering a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
You will coach associates, manage schedules, assist with training, and support merchandise flow, promotions, and omni-channel activities. The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, high school diploma, and the ability to work nights and weekends.
