PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Leader at Maine Mall to drive store operations, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead on the sales floor, support training, and collaborate with management to optimize performance.
The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of retail experience, with availability including nights and weekends. Proficiency with iPad and POS registers is expected.
