Job description
Express, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for our Toms River store. The ideal candidate will drive operations both on the sales floor and in the stockroom while providing training and coaching to associates in order to ensure superior customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing merchandise flow. A high school diploma and at least one year of retail experience are required. This role offers competitive hourly pay with additional benefits.
