Job description
Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our Outlets @ Castle Rock team. This role drives on-floor operations, stockroom activities, and guest experiences while training associates and leading by example in customer service and product knowledge.
You will coach staff, ensure coverage, and execute plans to maximize sales and store standards, including product launches and visual presentation. Prior retail leadership is a plus.
