Job description
PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Leader at the Polaris Town Center location to drive in-store operations and customer experiences. You will coach associates, manage floor and stockroom activities, and ensure smooth execution of company standards and policies.
Responsibilities include developing teams, training on product launches, and maintaining visual standards while partnering with management to optimize sales. Must be available nights/weekends and pass physical requirements.
