Job description
Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for our Patriot Place store to drive sales and deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You will lead floor operations, mentor associates, and partner with management to execute plans that boost performance.
The role requires 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and availability including nights and weekends. You’ll coach, schedule, manage stock, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding Express policies and promotions.
