Job description
PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for Jersey Shore Premium to drive sales and store operations. You will coach associates, manage stockroom activities, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences across floors and tills.
Responsibilities include scheduling, training on policies and product launches, and supporting omni-channel initiatives. 1 year retail experience preferred; HS diploma required; nights/weekends availability essential.
