PHOENIX Alderwood is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to drive floor and stockroom operations while coaching associates to deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You will help maximize sales, ensure coverage, and maintain standards across daily activities.
The role requires 1 year of retail experience, proficiency with iPad and POS registers, and availability for nights and weekends. Part-time and full-time opportunities include merchandise discounts and benefits.
