PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for our Coral Ridge Express store in Coralville, IA to coach and drive sales on the floor and in the stockroom. You will develop and motivate associates, provide in-the-moment coaching, manage daily operations, and ensure a great customer experience while supporting product launches and store standards.
