AEO's Eastland Mall Bloomington store is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to cover LOD shifts and ensure a stellar guest experience. You’ll lead daily operations, coach associates, and represent our brand values.
You’ll maximize guest servicing, engage in training, and coordinate visual merchandising while upholding safety and asset protection standards. This role offers growth opportunities within the AEO family.
