Job description
EXPRESS is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to manage operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom at our Mission Viejo location. You will train associates, coach in real time, and ensure an outstanding in-store experience for customers.
You will lead by example, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive adherence to policies, promotions, and loyalty programs while coordinating merchandising and omni-channel initiatives.
