Job description
Parks At Arlington Express store is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to drive store operations, coach associates, and deliver outstanding in-store experiences for customers. You'll lead floor coverage, training, and merchandise flow while partnering with management to maximize sales and ensure policy and procedure adherence.
Evidence of strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking is essential for success in this role.
