Job description
Express Fresno Fashion Fair is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while coaching associates and delivering an exceptional in‑store shopping experience. You will develop and motivate teams, provide on‑the‑spot coaching, manage floor coverage and schedules, and partner with store management on performance.
