Job description
The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager in Stoneham, MA to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store and drive strong sales results with an engaging customer experience.
The role oversees front-end operations, POS and Self-Checkout, and various in-store programs while coaching teams to uphold brand standards and operational excellence. Nights, weekends and early mornings are required.
