Ready to turn your people skills into a career? As a Spectrum retail partner, we're growing our Dayton team and looking for confident, friendly people who enjoy being out in the community. You'll work in person at local events, talk with customers one-on-one, and help families and individuals get connected with the right Spectrum services.
A typical day looks like:
Setting up and working at events around the Dayton area
Starting conversations with customers and finding out what they need
Explaining Spectrum products and services in a clear, honest way
Closing sales and leaving every customer with a great impression
Picking up new skills from teammates who want you to succeed
You might be a great fit if you:
Are new to sales, or just starting out. Experience isn't required
Enjoy meeting new people and keep your energy up all day
Communicate clearly and follow through on what you say
Take pride in showing up and doing the job well
Want to learn and move up over time
