Job description
Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support the management team in achieving goals by providing World‑Class service.
You will model relationship-building with customers and maintain store supervision to ensure staff coverage across all areas. Responsibilities include leading the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals, coaching staff, and using Selling Essentials to educate the team on products and selling skills.
