Job description
As a Team Captain at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you lead by example on the sales floor, driving performance in our Sport & Outdoor departments. You’ll coach and motivate teammates, deliver standout customer service, and connect athletes and outdoor enthusiasts with the right gear. Responsibilities include supporting daily store operations, merchandising, inventory recovery, and helping execute promotions. You’ll foster an energetic, inclusive environment that reflects our passion for sports and community while developing the skills to grow into broader retail leadership opportunities.
