Job description
JCPenney is hiring a Specialty Associate to blend product knowledge with outstanding service to grow sales. You will greet customers, explain product attributes and care plans, and suggest complementary items to drive buy rates.
In this role, you will participate in inventory, transfers, and sign-off processes, ensuring a clean, well-organized floor. You will also support shrink control, safety, and attendance targets while meeting performance standards.
