Job description
JCPenney is seeking a Specialty Associate to drive profitable sales growth through product knowledge and a passion for service. You will build clientele, assist customers with product attributes and care plans, and help meet sales goals.
In this role you will participate in inventory processes, pricing and signing, and maintain a clean, organized store environment while supporting store safety initiatives and company performance standards.
