Job description
A retail pharmacy requires a professional Staff Pharmacist to support their team on a contract basis for 13 weeks in a local setting. This part-time position offers a day shift schedule focused on maintaining high standards of pharmacy operations and patient care.

Schedule/Hours: Part-time
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities: Verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and other relevant information.
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency and quality.
Ensure adherence to pharmacy policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience.
Strong knowledge of prescription verification and patient counseling.
Ability to supervise and coordinate pharmacy technicians effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
