Job description
A retail pharmacy position is open for a Staff Pharmacist in Dublin, OH, available as a contract-to-hire opportunity lasting 13 weeks. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience seeking a daytime schedule in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
13-week contract with potential to transition to a permanent role
Key Responsibilities: Manage an average of 200-300 inbound prescriptions daily
Collaborate with a team of 2 pharmacists and 5 pharmacy technicians
Utilize Prime RX for order entry and pharmacy operations
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and safety standards
Provide excellent patient care and counseling
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Ohio pharmacy technician license is required
Prior retail pharmacy experience is essential
Experience with Prime RX pharmacy system is a strong plus
Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail environment
