Job description
A pharmacy opportunity is available in Bemidji, MN, focused on specialty and long-term care services, offering a rewarding setting for pharmacists seeking impactful patient care. This is a contract position lasting 13+ weeks, with a schedule primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, plus some weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage long-term care pharmacy duties, ensuring medication safety and accuracy
Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care aligned with specialty pharmacy standards
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and facility protocols
Desired Qualifications: PharmD degree preferred or equivalent pharmacy experience
Immunization certification
CPR certification
Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Location: Bemidji, MN, at a specialty pharmacy setting
