Job description
Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager for an Elmwood, AR store who will lead with a focus on profitability, customer experience, and team development.
You will translate the brand vision into daily operations, coach your team, and drive sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development. You will manage forecasting, scheduling, and budgeting to achieve store KPIs, while fostering an inclusive environment and ensuring compliance with all standards.
