Job description
Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to shape the guest experience by coaching the team, exceeding sales targets, and maintaining store operations. You will develop your Assistant GM and lead by example in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You will own store performance, mentor staff, implement training, manage scheduling, budgeting and reporting, and respond to guest escalations.
