Job description
Cosmo Prof in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to hire, train, and lead store associates while delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving financial targets. You will support the Store Manager and oversee daily operations, brand standards, and Omni-channel initiatives.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in retail, prior leadership, strong communication, and scheduling flexibility. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
