Job description
MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, coach a team, and drive performance. You will prioritize exceptional service, maintain merchandising standards, and help implement sales strategies.
You will lead by example, promote the Miniso mission, and collaborate with the Store Manager on inventory, staffing, and compliance. This role requires relocating and travel across locations, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
