Job description
Lids Sports Group in Louisville, KY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our store, deliver exceptional customer service, and execute selling strategies. You will act as manager on duty, supervise associates, and ensure standards.
You will handle scheduling, training, merchandise presentation, cash handling, store opening/closing, and daily operations while upholding Lids brand and policies, including participation in loyalty programs.
