Job description
Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, and uphold store standards. You will drive sales through excellent customer service, merchandising, and loyalty program participation.
The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel between locations as needed. High school diploma and retail management experience are preferred.
