Job description
Miniso in San Antonio is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive store performance. You will coach team members, uphold visual standards, and ensure excellent customer service.
The role requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help manage inventory, staff scheduling, and training, while promoting the membership program to grow loyalty and sales.
