Job description
Carter’s Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll lead the sales floor, model service standards, and coach a team to deliver an omnichannel experience.
You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, manage schedules, and ensure store metrics, loss prevention, and merchandising standards are met. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
