Job description
Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store operations leader to oversee the daily sales floor performance in Sykesville, MD. You will guide production, manage inventory, and coach Team Members to deliver exceptional donor and customer service.
The role requires a strong background in retail management, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, development, and cross-location collaboration to meet annual targets. Travel to other GCNA locations and training are part of the job.
