Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a busy retail location. You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations to meet sales and customer service goals.
Responsibilities include recruiting and evaluating staff, enforcing safety and company policies, managing cash handling, and ensuring a clean, well-organized shopping environment. A high school diploma and retail management experience are preferred.
