Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store performance, customer experience, and brand execution in Cincinnati. You will assist in hiring, developing and leading store associates while ensuring operational excellence and financial targets are met.
Responsibilities include supervising brand standards, training staff, managing inventory and payroll hours, and ensuring Omni-channel fulfillment.
