Heart of Texas Goodwill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bryan, TX to partner with the Store Manager in directing daily store operations, coaching team members, and driving performance to meet revenue goals. You will lead weekends and varied shifts while upholding HOT Goodwill’s mission and values.
The role emphasizes staff scheduling, training, cash controls, inventory and merchandising, and fostering a safe, professional environment where donors and shoppers receive outstanding service.
