Job description
Cosmo Prof in Port Richey, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, hire and develop staff, and uphold brand standards while ensuring outstanding customer experiences across in-store and Omni-channel channels.
You will partner with the Store Manager to drive KPIs, supervise operations, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to company policies, with emphasis on teamwork and loss prevention.
