Job description
Miniso Yonkers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and driving store performance. You will coach team members, maintain merchandising standards, and implement strategies to meet sales goals.
You will mentor trainees, assist in inventory management and scheduling, and promote Miniso values while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
