Job description
MINISO USA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining merchandising standards.
You will coach staff, manage inventory and onboarding, and help implement loyalty programs to boost retention and performance. This is a full-time, on-site position in Sarasota, FL with flexible scheduling.
