Job description
MINISO USA in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and help drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, promote the membership program, and mentor trainees to build a high-performance store.
The role requires strong leadership, merchandising, and inventory skills, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; relocation or travel between locations may be needed.
