Job description
JCPenney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Knoxville, TN to support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead operations, merchandise standards, and associate development to drive sales and store growth.
You will be responsible for partner-led action plans, product knowledge, and customer engagement, including POS duties and coverage during shifts.
