Job description
L\'Agence in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. You will lead the store alongside the Store Manager to maximize sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop a high-performing staff.
The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong visuals, inventory control, and proficiency with ERP and Excel. You will analyze reports, coach associates, and ensure campaigns and promotions are executed.
